Postage for mail forwarding (Germany flat rate €5.90, international as incurred) plus unit prices for services beyond the included quota.
Can I change my plan at any time?▾
Yes, upgrade anytime. Downgrade at the next billing month. No penalties.
What happens to unused included quotas?▾
Expire at the end of the month. No carryover.
What about packages I don't pick up?▾
Packages are stored for different durations depending on your plan. If you don't make a decision within that time, we return the package to the sender. Any shipping costs incurred will be charged with the next billing cycle.
How does mail forwarding work as a bulk forward?▾
